The Alessi Pulcina Espresso Coffee Maker, designed by Michele De Lucchi, is made from cast aluminum with a stepped exterior inspired by topographic contour lines. Its internal design is engineered to stop extraction before bitter notes develop.

This 6-cup model has a magnetic steel base suitable for induction cooktops, with a PA handle and knob. An additional filter for preparing American-style coffee is included, extending the function beyond traditional stovetop espresso preparation.
